Bio Genetics is the company that imports and markets. Fast Sign is the name customers ask for. Each product keeps its own colour so it is recognised on a pharmacy shelf.
Logo
Do
- Use the full logo: wordmark, two figures and the red "Health Care Products" band.
- Keep clear space around it equal to the height of the red band.
- Place it on white. On dark or photo backgrounds, use a white panel behind it.
- Show it at least 30 mm wide in print and 120 px on screen.
Don't
- Change the purple, green or red, or recolour the figures.
- Stretch, rotate or add shadows and outlines.
- Separate the figures from the wordmark.
- Use "Bio Genetic", "Biogeneics" or other spellings. It is always Bio Genetics.

Bio Genetics Health Care Products ("Bio Genetics", "we") runs this website. We respect that pregnancy and fertility are private.
- What we collect: your name, mobile number, email, delivery address and order details when you order, enquire or share a testimonial.
- Why: to deliver your order, answer your questions and, with your consent, publish your testimonial in the way you chose.
- Who sees it: our staff, and the courier or payment provider needed for your order. We never sell your data.
- Health information: calculator dates stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
- Your rights: ask us to see, correct or delete your data at info@biogenpk.com.
Terms of sale
- Prices are in Pakistani rupees and never above the MRP printed on the pack.
- An order is confirmed when we call or message you to confirm it.
- Fast Sign tests are in-vitro diagnostic devices for single use. Follow the insert, and see a doctor to confirm any result.
- Ovulation tests help plan pregnancy and are not a contraceptive.
- Trade and bulk orders are subject to a separate quotation and invoice.
Returns and refunds
- For hygiene reasons, opened tests cannot be returned.
- Unopened, sealed packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery. (Period to be confirmed by Bio Genetics.)
- Damaged, expired or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method, or by bank transfer for cash on delivery orders.
Delivery policy
- We deliver across Pakistan by courier. Most cities take 2 to 4 working days. (To be confirmed with your courier.)
- Delivery is free on orders over Rs 2,000; otherwise Rs 200.
- Choose discreet plain packaging at checkout.
